The Objects of our affections

New York-based LES Collection offers captivating art and decor for the home, featuring heirloom-worthy pieces crafted with passion. Lauren Sands, the creative force behind LES, collaborated with Rachel Wayne, the founder of BLXXM, a floral design studio, to curate inspiring tabletop moments that elicit fresh perspectives and unique styling ideas. “I always like to have an unexpected element and an artful element. It is a great opportunity to bring fine art into the mix, whether that is a one-of-a-kind candlestick holder or a really interesting vase... when I am creating a tabletop, I love to have a conversational moment.” A highlight of the collection is the Ribbon plates. Originally handcrafted by Nathalee Paolinelli, their beauty and demand inspired Lauren to partner with the artist, transitioning production to a family-owned factory in Portugal. There, they refined the plates to be stackable and dishwasher-safe, allowing this stunning design to grace more homes and hearts.
