New York Bridal Fashion Week.
New York recently hosted wedding designers from around the globe to unveil their newest collection for fall 2024. From statement dresses and bold colors to intricate details, we saw many beautiful presentations leaving nothing to be desired. For most brides today we are seeing an increase in selecting several dresses, including for the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and the reception. Brides are expressing different looks and moods throughout the entire celebration period and the designers did not disappoint in fulfilling all of those needs. Ines Di Santo showcased some beautiful color gowns that play with transparent layers over frameworks of corsetry to create new voluminous shapes and silhouettes.

Sebastian Luke’s Cocoon mini dress with Chiffon Trumpet Skirt allows brides to create different looks with one dress. In fact, we saw many versatile and transforming dresses on the runway this season, further evidence of the desire to have multiple looks throughout the day. Yolan Cris’ new collection ‘Attitude’ also included many versatile looks that we loved.

In addition to versatility, we saw many statement floral moments on the runway. Some of our favorite florals include Galia Lahiv and Naeem Khan (pictured below). Lastly, we think there is always a moment for a short dress and we particularly love Elie Saab’s sculptural embellishments, & intricate detailing. Oscar de la Renta never disappoints with a mini moment as well. Liz Martinez’s collection ‘Madame’ includes some decadent designs and is the perfect mix of passion and soft romance with beautiful combinations of lace and beadwork of the highest level silk tulles and shimmering sequins.
